Piedmont to Beverly Hills -- Author, Real Estate leader, mom and philanthropist Debbi DiMaggio is a master marketer, community builder, and tech-savvy guru who embraces the fast-paced Real Estate market. A Realtor in the top 1% of all Real Estate agents nationwide, Debbi has also authored 4 books, Contained Beauty (2012), The Art of Real Estate (April 2015), which she co-wrote with husband and partner Adam Betta, Real Estate Rules! 52 ways to achieve success in real estate (April 2016) and during COVID, Beauty At Any Age, because Age is Just an Attitude.

Aside from selling Real Estate full time, Debbi along with her husband Adam Betta, two of the Partners at HIGHLAND PARTNERS a Top Producing firm located in the East Bay of Northern California since 2009, when they purchased the company in the downturn with their business partner Heidi Marchesotti, a bold move indeed. Adam is the Broker, Heidi the managing partner, while Debbi keeps things exciting as the Marketing Director where she oversees 100 agents assisting them with their marketing and business goals through mentoring and coaching. Debbi and Adam's VIP Philosophy includes treating everyone like a VIP from the contractors (plumbers, painters, interior designers) to movie star clients (Julianne Moore, Ted Danson, Sally Field, and Director, Chris Columbus to name a few). As San Francisco Bay Area Realtors and two of the three founders of HIGHLAND PARTNERS, Debbi DiMaggio and Adam Betta are proud to share that HIGHLAND PARTNERS, was voted Best Real Estate Agency in Oakland Magazine in 2019, 2014 Best Of Oakland and the East Bay. Furthermore, this dedicated duo, has been consistently honored, year after year with the Top Producing Team Award. In 2021, their boutique firm  merged with CORCORAN.

The pair raised their two children in Piedmont where Debbi was raised. After Bianca and Chase graduated Piedmont High, Debbi's alma mater they went on to create exciting lives of their own, both attending CU Boulder and extensively traveling the world. Their daughter Bianca currently resides in New York working for Hearst Communications in Manhattan, and their son joined the family business in 2021. As a parent you can only imagine, Debbi and Adam could not be more thrilled to have them on the team!

In 2018 Debbi expanded their real estate footprint and philanthropic reach into Los Angeles. It began with an Oscar Party and morphed into co-hosting a charity event for Voices 4 Freedom, an organization seeking to raise funds to free villages from bonded slavery in India and other oppressed countries. Elated with the outcome of that evening the team raised enough to fund 3 schools for one of their primary programs, Schools-4-Freedom which focuses on education as a way out of slavery.  "We know that one of the best ways to get people out of slavery, keep them out, and to prevent others from ever being enslaved in the first place is through educational programs." Philanthropy has always been the cornerstone of her success. Doing what she loves, helping people whether through real estate, her charity work, books, blogs and now as a coach/consultant under the 'DiMaggio Difference.' Helping others gives success true meaning has always been her motto. So it was only a matter of time before she formally launched her coaching and consulting business in order to help others find their own success.

Debbi enjoys writing and sharing with others so that they can improve their own business, whether as a past columnist for Inman, the Examiner, or currently, through her Blogs, or as a public speaker, Debbi openly shares Real Estate advice through her personal stories. Her work has also been featured by Luxury Real Estate, KGO 810 Consumer Talk Radio Show with Michael Finney, KDOW 1220 AM Real Estate Radio Live with Joe Cucchiara, East Bay News, Oakland Magazine, Unique Homes Magazine and on KRON4 TV. Debbi is always happy to educate her fellow colleagues, as she routinely presents her expertise as a panelist on the topics of Luxury Real Estate, Branding and Growing Your Own Business at various conferences.
